Reservation Rules


    1.      •  Reservations will be given to Garland citizens in person at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday
              for Friday-Thursday of the coming week. A drawing will be held to determine order 
              of preference.  
           •  Reservations for remaining times will be given by telephone beginning at 8:00 a.m.
              on Wednesday for everyone. 
           •  Telephone or in-person reservation times are limited to one time per day. 
           •  Consistent abuse of reservation times may result in an individual forfeiting
              reservation privileges.
